I’ve heard that smoking companies are beginning to manufacture new electronic cigarettes that emit pure water vapor rather than smoke, and contain no chemicals, other than nicotine in some, and carcinogens that can cause lung cancer. How old do you have to be to buy and/or smoke one of these in the United States?

They have actually been around a while. I believe the first one was sold in since 2004 and the first patent was in 2003. Over the last few years are become main stream.

They generally contain Propylene Glycol and/or Vegetable glycerin, flavoring and nicotine (you can get it without nicotine). There is a heating element called an atomizer that warms the solution of ingredients listed above to create a vapor that you inhale & exhale. So it is not technically water vapor.

It is a fantastic alternative to smoking, it is cheaper then traditional cigarettes and doesn’t contain many of the chemical either. I’m not saying they are 100% healthy, but the studies I have read say they are better for you then traditional cigarettes. There isn’t long term clinical research available yet, so we don’t know the long term effects.

It is designed for smokers, so if you aren’t one, you probably shouldn’t use one even with no nicotine. It’s not a toy. I assume that because you are asking the question you are not of legal smoking age. Not trying to be mean, but law makers are trying to ban them, one argument is that kids will start using them. So if you are under 18, please don’t help their cause and ruin a good thing for the rest of us.

Responsible vendors don’t sell to anyone under 18 and a few states have laws making it illegal to sell to anyone under 18. I don’t know if there are specific laws regarding the age to smoke it.

You buy the electronic cigarette and then each cartridge will give you approximately 20 cigarettes worth of smoking time. I would go for the stronger strength cartridges if your use to smoking mayfairs

I went to a shopping centre a few weeks ago near where i live and they had a stall that was selling them, and they let me have a trial on one there and then. They are pretty good at what they do, i still smoke regular cigarettes but have cut down alot since i brought an electronic one.

This outperforms the default Ego-T e-cigarette in terms of vapor production.”

The Tank System

The Innokin LEA utilizes a tank system, very much like the Ego-T and 510-T?s. But most non-mod tank systems out there are guilty of producing cold vapor and fewer flavors, and the Innokin LEA is no exception.

No Leaking

The tanks of the LEA were pretty easy to fill which make this unit good for any beginner. Unlike the Ego tanks, the default tank caps of the LEA are made of silicon, and the seal it makes with the container itself is perfect. The piercing hole also fits snugly around the atty?s needle.

Even after one week of heavy usage, the testing showed no deterioration of the tanks and there were no leaks either. That?s a huge plus.

There weren?t any e liquid leaks from the hole in the mouth piece either. Getting juice in the mouth is another thing the Ego-T is famous for. No problems at this end with the Innokin LEA.

Conclusion

Finally, Mesh made a conclusion of the testing, he wrote: “A lot of people who have reviewed the Innokin LEA have said that they really liked it and were happy with its performance, but flavor is a huge thing for me. I spend a fair amount of money on premium e-liquids and I want to taste the flavor I?m paying for. Good vapor production, but if the PV isn?t giving me the kind of flavor hit I?m used to, then I?d have to pass.”
